During my ten year career in the wedding industry, I have never seen a Bali wedding photographer who rose to fame so rapidly.
It was almost exactly one year ago that I introduced you him as the new raising star among Bali wedding photographers: VALENTINO RUYA. You can read that introduction here.
Meanwhile he ranks among Bali’s most sought after wedding and pre wedding photographers. Hardly surprising if you look at his inspiring natural, candid style.
What I like so much about VALENTINO’s work is that he always meets the perfect balance between letting his clients be themselves and providing sufficient directions when necessary. This is probably also due to his excellent communication skills. An essential skill that the majority of local photographers in Bali lack.
With his outgoing and relaxed persona he excels in putting his clients at ease and feel comfortable being photographed.

He skillfully edits his photos without making them look overly digital or artificial. What many brides like is that they don’t need to sign up for packages with albums or other gimmicks they may not need. But of course, for those who like to have the timeless presentation of their photographs in an album VALENTINO offers some of the best albums I have seen Bali. None of those ultra-cheap will-fall-apart-in-a-year-albums.
